Another look in red, white, and blue but this time a dress that I made myself a long time ago. I made this cotton shirtwaist dress from a light blue and added my own monogramming using vintage dead stock letters. With it, red pumps, a white belt, and a large dark blue snood from Peachy Keen. The dress was made from a pattern from Eva Dress Patterns and uses the 1943 shirtwaist pattern. I wish I could have worn this look more this season, but I just did not happen. . .That's ok because next season it will be worn again and again. Someday I will add a vintage collar to it too but for now, I like it just the way it is.
