Another gown I bought for a special occasion . . .That ended up getting cancelled. Oh well, I still have a gorgeous gown to wear for another time and event. I bought is gown from FabGabs Vintage and was crazy about it. I had to have it. It was my favorite shade of pink, fuchsia. I love this color and am on a quest to have a vintage garment of every kind in this color. So far, I have an evening gown, a suit, a hat, and a rayon crepe dress. For this occasion, I chose a silver fox stole and rhinestone jewelry. This gown really does not need much because of the lavish silver beading and rhinestone embellishment on the bodice.
To elevate the holiday element, I added a Christmas corsage of gold balls to my hair. I love a Christmas corsage! I wear them religiously this time of year because why not. With a little creativity, a good corsage can be worn on more than just a suit lapel or a dress neckline. Try adding one to a hat, handbag or to your hairdo.
