This blue shirtwaist dress was a purchase I made from Revival Vintage UK's Black Friday sale last year. It is a Rock n' Romance branded dress, and I am sure a print you have seen around before. I liked the swirled fan print and of course a good shirtwaist dress. For this wearing I chose to go with cinnamon brown. It's a different pairing than my usual but I was feeling something new and unusual. I definitely like the hat with it, but I am not sure about the gloves.
The colour of the dress suits you very well! Concerning the gloves: shorter and less "hidden" (hidden as in: nearly the tone of your skin) would feel more natural for a summerly dress like this. The combination "White hat & white short gloves" is less unusual, but has that fresh touch. Let us see some pics if you try this. :)
